How it Works

It is fair to say this method of property acquisition is not for everybody.

Why do we say that? Simply because this auction purchase is principally aimed at the property investor, rather than the end user who is looking for a Spanish property for personal use. We offer a genuine opportunity to buy freehold property, at a fraction of its current market value. What the system cannot offer, are mortgage facilities of any sort prior to completion. Furthermore, the time frame between notification of sale and the actual auction date is very short (3 – 5 days typically) and finally only an external viewing is available prior to bidding. None of this precludes an end-user from participating in the auction, but it is a profit motivated purchase rather than an emotional one.

The properties displayed in our portfolio are a very small cross-section of recently auctioned properties. However, once a client has confirmed their intention to participate, granted Power of Attorney and lodged a deposit, they will have exclusive access to properties coming up for auction which will not be shown anywhere else.

This bespoke service is unique to Real Emerging Markets and will give the buyer an extremely good chance of being the successful bidder.

It is imperative that the prospective client has granted Power of Attorney to the appointed lawyer and lodged sufficient funds as deposit for this process to begin. This virtually ensures that the client will purchase a given property at substantially less than market value.
